The cancellation must arrive at Podere Dionora (by fax or e-mail) no later than 15 days prior the date of arrival.
After this date - due to the limited number of rooms available - Podere Dionora will charge a penalty of the amount of two nights stay.
We strongly encourage our clients take up Trip Interruption Insurance for their own protection.

For stays over 6 nights and for renting the entire property a 30% not refoundable deposit is required.
